Welcome to the Ontario Adventure Club! By purchasing a subscription or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Subscription

1.1 The annual subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 1.1.1 A monthly membership option is also available and can be canceled at any time by signing into your account. 1.2 Your subscription includes:

• Monthly digital downloads.

• Curated recommendations for must-see spots. 1.3 All digital content is for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent. Unauthorized distribution may result in account termination.

 

2. Digital Downloads

2.1 Monthly digital downloads will be delivered to the email address provided during signup. 2.2 Ontario Adventure Club is not responsible for delays or missed emails due to inaccurate information provided by the subscriber.

 

3. Tree Planting Initiative

3.1 Ontario Adventure Club partners with verified organizations to donate $5 from every annual subscription. 3.2 The location and details of tree planting may vary and are at the discretion of the club’s partnering organizations.

 

4. Exclusive Offers

4.1 Offers are subject to availability and may have their own terms set by participating vendors or partners. 4.2 Ontario Adventure Club is not responsible for third-party offers, discounts, or any disputes that may arise between subscribers and third-party vendors.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable
5.2 All digital downloads from our shop are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
5.3 Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime through your member portal.

 

6. Content Accuracy

6.1 While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Ontario Adventure Club cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of recommendations or guides. 6.2 Subscribers are encouraged to verify information, including hours of operation, locations, and event details, directly with the venues or organizers.

 

7. Liability

7.1 Ontario Adventure Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while using recommendations or participating in activities suggested in our guides. 7.2 Subscribers acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their safety and compliance with local regulations while engaging in activities based on our recommendations.

 

8. Privacy
